PATRAINDONESIA.COM-(TANGERANG)-Toko bangunan berbentuk Mall dengan konsep galeri mungkin baru pertama di Indonesia, kali ini minat dan mata pengunjung digiring seolah-olah sedang menikmati pameran yang didalamnya berisikan display product material bangunan kelas Premium lengkap dengan interior designnya.
Melalui PT Okabee Hardward Indonesia (OHI) merupakan anak perusahaan dari Okabee Co.,Ltd, yang berpusat di Japan, Okabee Galeri resmi dibuka, Jumat (19/05), di Serpong, Tangerang Selatan Banten. peresmian tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Menteri Perdagangan Zulkifli Hasan atau yang akrab di panggil Zulhas.
Dalam keterangannya Zulhas mengapresiasi peresmian toko tersebut yang diperkirakan nilai investasinya mencapai Rp 400 Milyar, menurutnya investasi yang ditanamkan oleh perusahaan asal Japan tersebut sebagai bentuk nilai kepercayaan negara sahabat.
“Peresmian Okabee Galeri sebagai bukti menunjukkan kepercayaan negara-negara sahabat untuk investasi disini, karena mereka melihat keadaan kita mumpuni,” kata Zulhas.
Menurut Budi Arianto Kho selaku Vice President PT OHI yang berbeda dari galeri Okabe selain menghadirkan toko dengan konsep pameran material bangunan kelas Premium, pengunjung juga dimudahkan dengan scan QR code, didalamnya sudah berisikan diskripsi produk yang mudah untuk diketahui.
“pengunjung bisa langsung scan QR Code, didalam berisikan diskripsi produk, fungsi dan harga, tinggal klik berapa yang diinginkan, bayar ke kasir lalu promotor akan melayani sampai ke titik pick up point, itu salah satu cara mudah yang membuat kami beda,” kata, Budi saat memberikan keterangan bersama awak media, Jumat, (26/05).
Ada yang menarik perhatian pengunjung dari produk yang didisplay dengan gaya Japan, salah satunya bathtub yang terbuat dari kayu, produk ini banyak dilihat pengunjung pasalnya selain unik beberapa pengunjung tampak berswafoto (selfie) diarea tersebut.
selama diarea toko pengunjung memang dimanjakan dengan konsep design interior produk yang disuguhkan di tiap-tiap stand tenant produk, sehingga terkesan seperti pameran pada umumnya, tak hanya itu saja beberapa stand F and B (Food and Beverage) juga hadir diarea Okabe galeri.
selain F and B seperti layanan pijat refleksi juga turut dihadirkan, Budi Arianto Kho menginformasikan dalam waktu dekat pihaknya segera melaunching beberapa tenant untuk meningkatkan layanan service pengunjung.
“Dibawah nantinya bulan Tujuh kalau tidak berhalangan tanggal 16 Juni beberapa tenant akan kita re-launching, jadi nantinya bener-bener disini full dengan service dan menjual produk,” pungkasnya.(Irfan/PI/Red)
